From your domain to a
won answer, start to finish

The first report takes minutes. The loop below is what you run every week after that, and every step shows its evidence.

Step 1

Enter your domain, get your questions

Reachroller reads your site, works out what you sell and to whom, and drafts the questions your buyers actually type into AI assistants: best-in-category asks, alternatives to your rivals, use-case questions, head-to-head comparisons. You review the list, edit anything, add your own, and approve. Questions that contain your own brand name are kept separate on purpose, because a stranger who has never heard of you cannot type your name.

Step 2

Every question goes to the AI

The moment you approve, the first check starts. Each question is asked through official AI APIs, with web search on, so answers reflect what buyers really see. More engines are rolling out. Answers stream into your dashboard live, and the counter shows exactly how far along the check is. You can stop any time and resume later; you only ever pay for answers actually collected.

Step 3

Every answer is read and scored, with evidence

A verification layer reads each answer and identifies every brand named. A mention only counts if the brand's name literally appears in the answer text, and a recommendation only counts if the exact recommending phrase exists. That strictness matters: your score has to survive your own scrutiny, because you can open any question and read the full answer yourself.

Step 4

Losses become publish-ready fixes

For any question where rivals get named and you do not, one click produces the fix. It researches current facts on the live web, writes a page positioned around your brand with an answer-first opening, comparison table and FAQ, then packages everything you need to ship it: the URL slug, title tag, meta description, schema markup, and the indexing steps for Google and Bing. Already have a page for that question? You get surgical edit blocks that patch it in place instead of a rewrite, plus a list of the third-party sites AI trusted for that answer, so you know exactly who to pitch.

Step 5

Recheck, and watch the answer flip

Publish the page, request indexing, give it a week or two, then hit Recheck. Only the newest answers count toward your score, so when the engine changes its mind, your dashboard shows it immediately: the question moves from lost to won and the trend line records the moment. That flip is the receipt. It is how you know the work paid for itself.
