Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026

1. The service

Reachroller is a hosted platform for monitoring and improving your brand's visibility in AI assistants: you connect your domain, we track what AI answers say about your brand, and we help you create and publish content in response. These terms are an agreement between you and Reachroller ("we", "us") and apply to every use of the service. By creating a workspace you accept them.

2. Your account and workspace

You need an account to use Reachroller. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Workspace members you invite get full editing access to the workspace; invite only people you trust with your content.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service, and use it on behalf of a business or other lawful project.

3. Plans, trials, and payment

New workspaces start on a free trial. When the trial ends, access pauses until you pick a paid plan; nothing is deleted.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which handles the checkout, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Prices are listed on our pricing page. You can cancel anytime; your plan then runs until the end of the paid period.

4. Your content

Your content, data, and domains are yours. You give us just the license we need to operate the service: storing your content, processing it (including sending text to AI providers when you use those features), and publishing what you choose to publish.

You are responsible for your content being lawful and for having the rights to publish it. We may remove content or suspend workspaces that host malware, phishing, or otherwise illegal material.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to breach or probe its security, no scraping other customers' data, no reselling the service as your own, and no use that breaks the law. AI usage quotas exist per plan; working around them (for example with throwaway workspaces) is not allowed.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the service fast and available but provide it "as is", without a guaranteed uptime level unless your plan or a separate agreement says otherwise. We may change or improve features over time; if we ever discontinue the service we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, lost readers), and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your workspace at any time. We can suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these terms; where reasonable we will warn you first. After termination we delete workspace content within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use Reachroller after that means you accept the updated terms.
